"For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure."

"I agree with a comment I saw wondering why rating is not higher! Not sure if it’s newer (or perhaps remodeled). Cute modern decor, super clean, courteous and helpful front desk, nice gym that I’ll never use lol, perfectly acceptable continental breakfast, and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Added two more nights! Great option with mall, stores and many restaurant options just up the street. No reason NOT to stay here! "

"Our stay here was great! We stopped for a quick overnight to break up our drive and the location was perfect. There is lots of shopping and food near by. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast has a great selection with extremely friendly staff."

"We have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Homewood Suites here in Florence. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff, and the lobby was beautifully decorated and clean. Our room was spacious and full of amenities. We especially appreciated the free laundry service available to us, as we were nearing the end of our travels and needed some items cleaned. Many shopping and dining options are in close proximity too!"

"Our stay was very short but excellent! I (a woman) came to the hotel at 12AM with two small children and felt very safe, even at that time of night. The front desk staff was very kind and patient.
