The front desk lady who checked me in was very nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as expected. There were waffles and juice. No knives to cut bagels or cream cheese, no eggs or bacon, and on our last day, no forks, to go coffee cups, and many other standard expectations. The excuse given was that they didn't get their delivery. Also, no bottled water the whole time we were there.

Get your stuff and go !

Housekeeping came in, took my old towels, but didn’t leave any new towels nor did they clean the room. Check out as normally 11 AM. Usually when I request a check out at noon, there’s never a problem, but the lady with the bald head. Refuse to allow us to check out at 12.

The staff was professional and attentive. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were some fairly decent options for breakfast, and the location was great!
