"The room was lovely and clean, missing a shelf in the bathroom but otherwise in great condition. We found the mattress to be too hard but the room was quiet with a nice view from the window. Breakfast was nice and the dining room wasn't crowded, the only thing missing for us was fried eggs. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the ships and Gunwharf Quay shops, cheap/free parking was another bonus. We would return to this hotel."

"Room 107, extremely clean, shower was small but excellent pressure. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Loud music from below bar but at 11pm it was quiet. Heard upstairs guests last morning stomping around and slamming doors at 5:30am other than that quiet. Clean towels daily and bed made if you want it. No noise from the trains directly opposite the road. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you and a shout out to Shay !! Awesome customer service!"

"The check in process was smoothly, staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean but could be modernised. For me the cooked breakfast was hit and miss. The portion size could be bigger, and there were days were it seemed that the baked beans were being rationed"
