We had a deluxe room which was clean and spacious. Facilities in the room were very good and included a good size wardrobe, full length mirror, toiletries and kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. Quiet location. There is a bus stop right outside the premises and is within walking distance of a retail outlet. Helpful staff.

Great B&B overall. Parking was easy even though on street, there was plenty of space close by. Breakfast was simple but perfectly done, just right in honesty, all great quality stuff. 15 minutes walk to the shops etc, and some restaurants very close by too. The only downside was the mattress which had huge depressions in it, so felt like sleeping on a hill. I’d stay again but try a different room for the bed.

Great boutique hotel.

The staff were really friendly, the bar area and bedroom were beautifully decorated and the hotel had a lovely feel about it. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Becketts Boutique

Were met by Mary at the check in who explained how to get in and to open doors using our own codes and no door keys or cards. Room 2 was snug but comfortable for us. There was a little noise from the floorboards above not nothing untoward. They advertise a continental breakfast but also provide toast or buns with sausages. There was plentiful food and the vegetables sausages we had were unique having a kebab taste. We recommend this B&B highly, so much so that we're booking a day every week for the next three weeks while we visit our daughter.

Spontaneous getaway

Such a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the pier and arcades, 15 minutes or so to both shopping centres ( Gunwharf/cascades ) with the theatre being even closer if that is included in your poa for your time away! Lovely clean rooms, quite a personal experience with only me and my wife with the owner at breakfast but we liked it that way. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon! Also lovely bar and atmosphere for drinks in the evening.

Gracious and friendly hosts who put out a fantastic breakfast. As an American I was particularly take with the make your own boiled egg station. Neighborhood is close to a number of good dining options and recommendations from the staff were spot on. Highly recommended.

Decent B&B suitable for a short stay. My room was small but comfortable, with a wet room that although small and a bit awkward, worked perfectly fine. Nice breakfast offered in the morning, and easy check in/out. I would have loved a hair dryer in the room though!

This is a very well renovated B&B with nice amenities like a smart TV, kettle for tea and coffee, and a super comfortable bed. The entrance to the hotel and rooms is controlled by an electronic code. There is a modest continental breakfast on offer with the option for boiled eggs and a sausage or bacon sandwich. The waterfront is a short walk away and the historic dockyards are about a 20-minute walk. The room was quiet and had a chiller fan. You could also open the windows for fresh air. We arrived a few hours before check in, and because there was no staff on site until 3pm, we had to keep our luggage with us.
