"Very clean, pleasant, helpful staff. Quiet room and location."

"I did not come in with high expectations based on the cost. The room was in moderately good condition and generally clean. Overall, the property could use a good scrubbing. In my limited interactions with the staff, they seemed friendly. My one recommendation would be to stop burning incense all day long. I found the smell very off-putting."

"Clean, amenities as expected. The only off-putting thing was when we requested a balcony, the host accused me of wanting it for smoking. She made a big deal that if it smelled like smoke or if we were caught smoking, we would get a charge. I tried telling her that I don't smoke (anything) and she kept going on about "well, I'm letting you know thta we will charge you..[etc.]" It really irked me because she kept going on about it. Secondly, I asked her if they did price matching with online deals and she was adamant (and rude) that she'd never heard of such a thing, etc. Many hotels will match some online deals. Anywho, one rude staff doesn't completely ruin the review....this time. "
