"First, I don't usually leave reviews, but felt we needed to for this place - it was a hidden gem in Newport. It is walking distance to everything yet quiet and serene (downtown is a bit of a longer walk but very doable). It is very clean and the staff was very helpful, and the large porch is a beautiful place to have breakfast or relax and read. The variety of homemade baked goods and fresh fruit for breakfast were perfect. It is a particularly great spot if you are visiting the Tennis Hall of Fame. We will definitely be making this our place to stay when we visit Newport again."

"Loved this hotel. Booked a suite on the 3rd floor. Very clean room and quiet neighborhood , nicely furnished and decorated and they have parking and serve a nice breakfast. Was warmly welcomed upon arrival. The waterfront wharf area is nice 10 minute walk."
