"The room at the Atlantic was perfect! I thought the mattress and bedding were clean, crisp and comfortable! It had a wonderful sea view and it was situated in such a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, the Cliff Walk, etc. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The sun terrace had a great view and it was quite spacious, relaxing and it had very nice chaise lounges and other furniture. My only recommendation would be to have a rack of weights in the exercise room. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Our three night stay at The Serenity Inn was a wonderful experience in EVERY way! From the moment we arrived, our Innkeeper, Lisa, gave us a personal welcome with helpful information about the area, restaurants, activities, complete with map and directions. The inn is emaculate, breakfasts are amazing, coffee, tea, flavored water always available. It was my birthday and the staff brought out my breakfast that morning with a lit candle carefully placed in my melon!! Location of the Inn, including parking, is great for accessing all the beauty of Newport."

"Property is a great location and the room was amazing. Only comments I had was when we checked in there was a half coffee left in the room that we threw out. Additionally, for the price there should be eggs and breakfast sausage or something for the breakfast. There were catering pans set up but nothing in them when we got there at the 7 am breakfast time. The coffee was not set up either as we had to go to the lobby for it. I’m generally not that picky but for the price of this hotel one would expect more. The staff was courteous."

"The “newly renovated hotel” was a disappointment. ac was broken and the cold water did not work only scalding. So we moved rooms across the world to one that was still open but smelled of cologne like someone had just been in there for a quickly. Staff was rude at bar. They booked the wrong massages at the spa but luckily cut the price. So expensive for the headaches."

"Great stay in cool room and building in EXCELLENT location in town. Only two concerns were 1) the rooftop area should be smoking-friendly(!) we would have used it at night, and 2) TERRIBLE cleaning effort on 2nd day/night with no change of sheets, unmade bedspreads, no trash removal, incomplete towel set, etc. Enjoyed our stay but left note about the cleaning issue."
