"Nice hotel ina good location. Even though it was a basement room for four, the street is quiet and close to the tube for easy access."

"Whilst this property looks appealling in the Times photos, the current reality is very different. I arrived at the property and was shown to a room where I was immediately hit by a musty, humid smell. Despite trying to air the room the stale air permeated. The pictures on the website also did not reflect the rough finish with small hole in the corners of the room. The bedding did not look clean when I arrived and I certainly did not feel inclined to sit on the bed or the dinghy and discoloured...
