"Le camere erano carine, pulite e fornite di tutto ma l’organizzazione è stata molto scadente. Non avevano avvisato la signora delle pulizie e siamo potute entrare in casa solo la sera. Inoltre non funzionava la caldaia, il riscaldamento e il gas."

Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"15 minute taxi ride from the train station, not 15 minute walk. Instructions for use of appliances and heating system not satisfactory. yes there’s a hairdryer, but it can’t be used in the bathroom because it doesn’t fit the outlet. washing machine tries to take flight as you use it. difficult to open and close the washer door. Internet is only a little more than a suggestion."
