"We have just returned from a short break in this fabulous cottage in a great location. Excellent facilities and very homely. Loved the garden especially as the sun shone for us . Very private and peaceful. Loved the local walks on the doorstep. We will definitely return."

"Nicely appointed and spacious annex. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. Shower soap/gel and shampoo/conditioner not provided. Close to Goodwood but expect long delays during key events. Our only negative is the bed is small for 2 adults."

"Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. "

"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "
