The Space:

Welcome to this delightfully spacious ground-floor apartment set back in a quiet, leafy spot yet only a short walk from Littlehampton's beaches, harbour and high street.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, airy and spacious living and dining room, featuring a large bay window overlooking the garden. The lounge offers two comfortable sofas, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind, alongside a dining table for enjoying meals together. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine in. Two generous double bedrooms and a third single bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children, comfortably sleep up to six guests. A family bathroom and separate WC complete the home. Outside, the front garden is a sunny spot for morning coffee.



Littlehampton sits at the mouth of the River Arun, framed by the South Downs. You are moments from East Beach with its promenade and award-winning cafe, the wild West Beach dunes, and the harbour and marina. Arundel, Chichester and Bognor are a short drive, Goodwood is minutes away, and the mainline station runs direct to Gatwick Airport and London Victoria.



Guest Access:

Guests have the whole apartment, the private garden and off-street parking. Self check-in details are shared before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

A sheltered, family-friendly seaside town at the mouth of the River Arun, framed by the South Downs. Two beaches (East Beach promenade and funfair, and the protected West Beach dunes), a harbour and marina for boating and watersports. The South Downs National Park is on the doorstep for walking and cycling. Arundel Castle, Chichester's Festival Theatre and cathedral, and Butlin's at Bognor are all a short drive, and Goodwood (Festival of Speed and Revival) is minutes away.



Getting Around:

Littlehampton mainline station is 15 minute walk, with direct trains to Gatwick Airport and London Victoria, so the apartment can be reached without a car. Off-street parking around the back of the property is available. Local buses and the seafront are close by, and the town centre is walkable.

Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

Please note: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.
