"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. For instance curtain in lounge half hanging off, no lock for front bathroom door, loads of lightbulbs not working, video game not working holes in wall in bathroom and one of the bedrooms.
