Our stay at Grand Kata VIP exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our first trip to Thailand. Whether it was answering questions, helping with transportation, offering local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer. After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Amazing unit. We only stayed for one night due to missing our flight, but we were amazed by the property and its staff. We plan to spend more time at this resort on our next vacation to phuket.

The room was super clean. Staffs are friendly. AC was never a problem. The atmosphere is very romantic especially the pool area. Love the gym equipments. We would definitely come back again. Breakfast is awesome because the fact that you so many choices. A lot!
