"I stayed here for one night before a cruise and had a great stay. The hotel is really nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was a baby crying all morning in the room next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to the cruise port and a short distance to the French Quarter. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Authentic New Orleans feel all around inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood for early mornings and evenings sitting on the porch. Great coffee and kitchen had everything I needed. Great shower with plenty of hot water and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. Will definitely stay again if and when I return to New Orleans!"

"Bourbon Orleans is a great hotel. Centrally located in the French Quarter so everything is really walkable. The rooms are nice although the pillows are much to thick for me personally. Staff are very nice and helpful. This is our go to hotel when we stay in NOLA. I recommend."

"On arrival at the property, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled due to the fact that the property was overbooked. There was no apology for not notifying me of this.. since this is in a remote area I had to find another hotel 12 miles away."
