Everyone was very friendly and maintained cleanliness. They also were very helpful with any accommodations. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back.

I noticed I was charged additional $23 and when I called the hotel for the reason they said I drank from the alcohol from the fridge. Look I don’t mind paying if I actually drank from the fridge but I didn’t. The gentlemen who I spoke to was snippy and said I go based on physical evidence, instead of hearing me out. I spend easily 100 bucks on there outside bar so I wouldn’t be calling for no reason about $23 bucks. Never have I experience this before and I travel frequently. Definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel.

Being from the NW, my daughter had never seen a roach (the size of about a 50 cent piece) before. It was not due to lack of cleanliness, but just snuck in as we were bringing in our luggage

This property has a great location on Frenchmen St. That being said, it is noisy in the evening. But the grounds were beautiful, well kept, fresh, and the staff was very accommodating. They serve strong coffee, tea, and fruit to get you on your way in the moring.

This is my favorite hotel in New Orleans! The location is perfect. The property is beautiful and unique. All the staff were lovely as well.
