"The property was nice and clean and in a close location to the casino and Canal Street. However the noise was so loud from outside and other rooms that I could tell the hotel is not properly insulated. I could not stay here again. "

"Was more than happy with the hotel. Room had a nice kitchen with utensils and pans. Got to brew myself some tea. Interior was not bad and I loved the shower. Only negative is they require a safety $80 deposit protection. Hopefully I get that money back soon and not in like 1 month"

"Our stay was for one night and although our check in wasn't until after 3 O'clock we did not settled in unto after 7 PM. The front end staff initially gave me a room that was not on my reservation and it could accommodate all us. The 2nd room the bathroom was not clean, the thermostat had no batteries and the AC unit was not working in which the maintenance man acknowledge/ confirmed that we would need to be relocated and the front end staff was aware of the issue in that room. After being told that the hotel was booked up the found another room to fit our reservation and again the bath was not clean. We given a complimentary breakfast and that was a joke. They should not be charging guest $14.99 for breakfast when you have to ask for plates, utensils and food when they had a full staff.Again this was my experience."

"My my my where do i start La Quinta used to be a nice place to stay that being said this location should really take the name down and either shut down or listed as a shamble motel. Everything was outdated, smells and there is no standard of room cleaning or maintenance. My room door was not even properly close as there is a gap and the door latch is broken. The room stinks of smoke and the smoke detector had a plastic bag over it and all electric plugs unplug. The bed sheets had gross numerous huge stains on them. I didn't even bother using their linings or pillow we brought our own when we stay at these hotels thank god. The shower had MOLD on the ceiling and the back of the toilet wall was broken there was a hole in the wall there. The sink bowl was broken and out of place. The bath tub is gross and had stains and cigarette burns all over. The floor board of the shower is not even flat it was wobbly setting up for a potential fall. Honestly i just needed a place to sleep for the night so there is no point to request for another room chances are the next room is probably the same or even worse. Btw my wife saw two roaches go figure.. If this is the way this place is run i didn't even bother trying the breakfast at 6am.. Sorry La Quinta this location is a disgrace and a big disappointment. "Very noisy and you could see where there was mold throughout the room on the sealing, mirror in bathroom, broken on left and right bottom edges and peeling off the back of the mirror AC was full of dust and mold. I had to go buy some Lysol wipes to clean it. Allergies were really acting up in this room."

"Parking was very easy, this hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly! Definitely will stay here again... Thanks for help making our stay in New Orleans great!!"
