was nice overall, the door dead bolt thing was broke n my husband sliced his finger up but the staff was very friendly n great n came quick with first aid ! def would stay again next trip down there !

the staff were super helpful, they allowed me to check in a few hours early (with a call ahead). parking was not a hassle and getting to my room was fine, but it was noisy at night, the door to our room was worrisome as you could hear and see on the inside but on the outside it looked normal. in all honesty i probably would stay again there is absolutely nothing better (i know there’s worse).

The staff here is insanely nice they really do care, the rooms have big huge beds no it’s not temper pedic mattresses but they comfy the place is really clean I love there sinks tvs works good it’s safe there is a mall right behind it i absolutely love econo I mean you getting what you pay for so don’t expect a Hilton suite

Room smelled very fresh. At our location (room 105) it was very noisy with people. The room was situated in front of three handicap parking spaces where we couldn't even park our car but others parked there to unload at all hours of the night. The door had a gap even when locked and the roar from the highway was always audible. The coffee was flavorful but ended at 9:00 a.m. Hotel situated close to a waffle House, an Asian restaurant and a taco stand that made delicious tacos.

Quiet, comfortable & clean

The staff was friendly. The room was clean & the bed was fairly comfortable. The place is a little run down, but you can tell they are trying to renovate it. It was a quiet weekend considering the motel is next to a busy expressway. The room felt a little damp for some reason.

Came down to Louisiana two days before our cruise and this location was very convenient being just 8 minutes from the cruise terminal. Room was clean and we had an easy check-in. Only thing I disliked is there is no coffee Maker in the rooms you have to walk across the parking lot to the main lobby entrance. That was a minor inconvenience though.

Great little hotel to stay in the rooms were clean close to down town New Orleans. The staff is amazing Candy the front desk attendant was so helpfull kind and friendly made my stay very enjoyable. Its great to have such awesome staff to make you feel welcome to the area!! Had really good conversation with her.

The staff was quite friendly checking in and out. Gave me some nice ideas on places to go/things to do. The room itself was a bit daunting. Needs updates and better up keep for sure. My room never got serviced the 4 days I was there. This was a last minute trip...was grateful to get a room but I wouldn't return.

Properly is very old and while kept together, it was obvious that it was done so with "paint and a promise". The ceiling tiles in the room appeared to be falling in and were bowed in. The ironing board was soaking wet from the leaking iron left on it. The bed was suspect, but fortunately, the mattress was inside of a plastic case. We literally slept on top of the covers. The front desk staff were friendly and responded well to a operational issue (TV remote control) and was the highlight of the stay. All in all, it barely met the 3-star rating it had before arrival. It DID meet the low-cost criteria set before making the reservation.

It was good. It was close to a lot of places I needed to go to. There was a lot of nice restaurants around. The bad thing was that it was a little dirty, didn’t have a vent in the bathroom, and the door wasn’t properly placed which allowed a lot of noise into the room.
