"A great little studio apartment, fully equipped, within a 5 min walk to the Paragliding landing area, training schools and the central shops of Doussard. It would suit either one or two individuals or two couples, due to the sleeping configuration. The owner is very friendly and helpful and works nearby, so picking up/dropping off keys is very easy. The bus to/from Annecy for Airport connections is also nearby."

Tout de même il faudrait une clim car l'appartement est sous les toits et il y fait très chaud et cette année étant donné la prolifération des moustiques il était difficile de rester les fenêtres...

La ville propose des solutions pour se garer et se déplacer en bus qui sont pratiques. Hôte disponible et réactif. L’intérieur du studio est agréable. Il pourrait être parfait mais quelques désagréments : canapé très inconfortable, volet roulant cassé et pas de rideau à la fenêtre, pommeau de douche du haut cassé. Pas d’accès au local poubelle. Une petite lampe...

"We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought...
