Studio for 4 people - 30 m² in quiet residence.
Green area, pedestrian area and private parking.
little more: I'm a confirmed paraglider - I'll take you willingly to fly in tandem over Lake Annecy.

The condominium is located in a quiet dead end, 400 m from the paragliding landing (multipurpose room), near the village center: 200 m from the bakery, supermarket, bar, pharmacy, ... 1 km bike path, 2 km from the beach, 18 km from Annecy center, 20 minutes from ski resorts ...
Ideally located between lake and mountain, quiet and family area, at the foot of the Bauges, large south facing balcony very nice.

The rental price includes:

Great studio next to Paragliding Landing for up to 2 couples
A great little studio apartment, fully equipped, within a 5 min walk to the Paragliding landing area, training schools and the central shops of Doussard. It would suit either one or two individuals or two couples, due to the sleeping configuration. The owner is very friendly and helpful and works nearby, so picking up/dropping off keys is very easy. The bus to/from Annecy for Airport connections is also nearby.

Great studio+ size apartment very close to paragliding landing zone, grocery store, restaurants. Secure parking. Quiet building. Nice balcony. Planning to stay here again on future trips. Very much recommended!

Logement bien placé, proche des commerces, de nombreuses activités et de lieux à visiter. Lac et plages proches. Suisse et Italie à visiter pour les plus aventuriers. Propriétaire très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.
