"The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent."

"I could go on and on but to keep it short and to the point, it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Great location, good bed, clean, roomy, modern, and great host. Can’t go wrong. The only potential issue is the stairs. Not an issue for us but it’s on the 3rd floor so carrying luggage up and down could be an issue. If we were to visit Como in the future , I would stay here again without question."

Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"
