"The hotel is great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The amenities are great and the pool area is great. I do have one concern which was who has access to the pool? It looked like the pool was open to not just hotel guests. Also, most of the staff was friendly except for some but other than that I enjoyed the stay. Will more than likely book here again next time I am in Cape Town."

"We have rated this stay a 4 instead of a 5 and it really would have been a 5 apart from the security at the gate....confused and grumpy are the only word to describe it. Apart from that the accommodation is perfect for a stay very near shopping and for wonderful facilities. The place was very clean....and modern with our own balcony. Be prepared for the cheerful and helpful staff on the front desk...they were wonderful and would go out of their way to help. Thanks for a great stay and we would...

"Agnes was amazing. My flight was delayed and she waited for me until 10pm! When I needed anything, it was done. The apartment needs a little TLC. New rug, draws stuff, washing machine door broken. But it's clean, comfortable and a superb location. Will stay again and recommend. Didn't use the facilities but they seemed great and not crowded Very clean too"

"The place looked good and had clean surfaces but it was not cleaned properly when you really look, the couch was dirty and its really worn out, there was also a piping sound that contantly went throughout our stay that made it hard to sleep, and also construction work in the mornings that woke us up. I let the staff know but they weren’t able to fix it. But the location is great, view was beautiful, staff was very friendly and parking was also good."

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our room had everything we needed and we loved having the lounge space as well as the fridge and microwave. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, arranging for our taxis to the city centre and organising laundry (to pay for). Our room was cleaned and tea/ coffee/ small water bottle replaced each day. Woolworths next door was handy for snacks to take out for the day. My only negative was the bed was a bit soft for me (that's my personal preference!) Great...

"Spacious, daily housekeeping from friendly Rowena, in close proximity to Canal Walk Mall, safe and clean, indoor and outdoor pools, gym on-site, friendly Manager, excellent Security Staff! Bath and shower, lovely balcony with great view of Table Mountain, gas and electric stove, blankets and heaters in every room, washing machine and dryer. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, thank you so much to all the Staff Members for a memorable 3 weeks!"
