"All meals we had at the hotel were very good "

"Issues: heating system was very loud, likely needs to be serviced. Too many devices with lights in the room makes for difficult sleep without an eye mask. Bathroom floor not so clean. Asparagus with salmon was hard woody pieces, not the good edible part of asparagus. Phones did not work to call room service or any there part of hotel. Staff is very kind, especially the doorman Thomas. He was exceptional!"
