"everything was amazing. location. security as well as the helpfulness of the staff. just remember though, if you stay more than 3 days, housekeeping WILL come into your room to tidy and there is NO sign saying Do Not Disturb or NO CLEAN. just be prepared for that."

"Decent stay. The staff was very kind and the location was pretty good, with it being walking distance to lots of stuff in Ginza area. The views were nice as well, but honestly the room did feel quite small and a bit worn, and could definitely use a bit of a refresh."

"Great location, within the Sunshine City shopping centre. Close to station and close to other shopping centres. Great food in the area also. Very clean and spacious room for 3 single beds. Staff are quick and efficient in helping with luggage delivery and storage and checkin and checkout. Main thing that was convenient was a Familymart just downstairs next to the hotel lifts. Totally recommend for a family stay."

"Very nice room for what we paid for. It was clean, had all the things we needed, nice bathroom, and staff were friendly. The breakfast was a bit expensive for us so we didn't get it. I heard mixed reviews on its contents with one patron telling us it was a great buffet because their family used it for their one meal every day. We are foodies so we went outside to eat each time."
