"This hotel had the best location! Loved being on the water, the amenities around the hotel were great and the outdoor pool was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and room was very clean! The only down fall was a little loud at times but not enough to stop us from going back! "

"Super clean hotel. Restaurant is very good. Friendly staff and super efficient. Could maybe have more staff working. Poor girl in restaurant was looking after 25 plus people plus the bar and service. "

"Nothing sort of what you'd expect from Fairmont. Stayed with a family of 5 - 3 kids and the attention to details is nothing short of amazing. Only downside is the price of parking but that's not the hotel fault, it's just Toronto as a whole."
