Heated pool during the winter time is a bonus. Only 2 restaurants open during the winter months and not many options. Rooms and resort are clean. Staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. Since it is a big resort and nothing nearby, it would be nice to have more options for food/restaurant.

This is a beautiful property. The staff are friendly. Beautiful view from the room. The restaurants are amazing with really delicious food. Loved the breakfast buffet. We celebrated our baby’s first birthday here and totally loved the experience.

Lovely stay with my husband and 2 year old. 2 pools to choose from and a splash pad. The beachfront is small but great for toddler to walk in.

Our room view overlooking Lake Rousseau was beautiful. Really enjoyed the sunshine on our large balcony. The food was mediocre at best. Common drinks were not available. Cab Sauvignon and Guiness were 2 examples.

This was one of the best hotel stays I can remembering having in a long time. EVERYONE at the hotel was super friendly and helpful and the facilities, the room, the property and the setting are simply stunning. I would recommend this for anyone looking for either a weekend getaway or a longer stay!
