"I frequently travel to the U.K to visit my husband. We always book at this hotel, not only for the location and convenience, but for their amazing customer service. I needed to keep some food items refrigerated and frozen, they were very accommodating and kept my food in their refrigerator and freezer. The only thing I’m not a fan of, is the way the shower was designed. It’s a bit difficult to open the shower door with the floor mat. Overall, I love staying here and their breakfast option, while not complimentary is always good!"

"The breakfast was stale and had been out all morning with out being refreshed. Eggs like rubber, and warm put me off. Finishing the rest so I can not comment but I didn’t have high hopes. The pool was nice but the sauna nice and hot but also it was dirty especially after to men left after spending 10 minutes spitting on the floor! Nobody around to tell or check up on the areas and clean down. "

"One of the highlights of our Northumberland road trip, Langley Castle felt like such a treat, packed with character, history and atmosphere. We ate really well, and there’s something magical about waking up in the grounds of a centuries old castle; it made the whole stay feel genuinely memorable and special. The only small downside for us was accessibility. My mother has limited mobility and found the stairs difficult, so we used the service lift to reach the drawing room. Even so, in a six hundred year old castle you can only expect so much, and the team were helpful when we needed a bit of extra support whicih made it even more fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it. Thankyou!! "

"Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely building - a little wear and tare but a large property to maintain! But overall, very atmospheric and I would definitely go back there to stay Fantastic food both breakfast and evening meals "
