"The Hotel is very impressive. Room was lovely and staff friendly. I liked the bar too. Barman was young and very engaging and helpful. Only thing (which actually I find in alot of hotels), is the invasive sound of a boiler room/ air conditioning/ fan whatever it was from in the hotel somewhere that made it difficult for me to get off to sleep."

"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There was also a huge generator outside, and the loading bay was noisy. (room 6 - junior suite) "
