"Right next to the arsenal and really easy to get around. Short walk to the grand Canal. Very quiet and pleasant."

"Great location, very clean and spacious (for the city). Emanuela was very communicative and gave good suggestions for dinners and tours. One thing to note is that there are a LOT of steep steps to get up to the place, it’s a great leg workout!Overall we loved it and would stay there again."

"Stefano, was a good host, very responsive and detailed in his instructions, advice etc. I would highly recommend his beautiful home to big groups and or small families. Location is in a quiet area yet accessible to restaurants, must see sites etc. my group of 9 women felt safe and pampered with the amenities. Thanks Stefano!"

"This is such a wonderful place. Denise our host was very friendly and helpful. The location is truly convenient to everything, including the attractions and water buses. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend it!!"

"All was good however the picture of the exterior of the building provided is misleading. The picture is the building across. Not that this impacted our stay."

"This was a great little apartment. Super cute decorations, had all the basic amenities one would need. Once you take the water taxi from Venice over to Murano island, everything is walkable. I loved the restaurants and all the glass shops. I would highly recommend this little apartment. Exceptional neighbors."

"Beautiful location right next to the boat taxis and city boats that run like a subway. Would recommend getting the pass and traveling between islands could not be easier. Beautiful location and wonderful clean stay."
