"The personal was very kind and welcomming, the hotel is beautiful and well situated. The breakfast is good, but not the coffee. One day he was too light and taste nothing, the other this he was le goudron. One thing is little bit weird, you need to give your key at the counter when you go out, to prevent you from being steel in you room in case someone steal your key on the street. Witch is not a bad idea, unless when you came back and nobody ask you id's to get your key back."

"I felt like a princess staying in this room. The chandelier in the bathroom probably cost more than my house! We stayed in the annex and had a beautiful terrace to relax on. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning felt great after being out in the sun. It was also very close to the square and the dock where you get dropped off. We only had to walk about 2 blocks with our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The fact that we could travel around Venice by boat transportation very easily just like using public transportation metro or bus but on water the hotel is very nice with beautiful decor and pretty decent breakfast."

"Pick this hotel for Venice. Less than 5 minute walk to St. marks square. Plenty of shopping and food within a 10 minute walk. Waterfront less than 2 minute walk. Hotel is on a small canal with gondolas out front. Very clean and friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again "

"My son and I had a wonderful stay. The location is central and it’s easy to walk to all of the sites. Arriving and departing by water taxi was fun. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Our room beautiful and the complimentary champagne was an appreciated surprise. Thank you for a fantastic stay. "

"I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given."

"Great central location. Relatively quiet compared to main touristy locations but still quite close to main attractions. Despite being in an older exterior building the interior was very modern and up to date. The rooms were also quite spacious and unique, and I think better than shown in photos. Wonderful staff."
