"We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "

"How wonderful when you book from across the pond, months in advance and although no ratings- as it is NEW- we rolled the dice anyway, and WON! Wonderful and thoughtful hosts, spotless home with a location that is incomparable! Sculpture garden out front, bakery down Calle, and proximity to water transport and Biennial extraordinarily close. In other words, drop your pen and book today as it will be often ‘sold out’ once word spreads!!"

"Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay."
