"After three weeks here, I’m leaving this review to expose the false promises.Pros: Rooms are nice, front desk staff are wonderful, laundry is free and always available.Cons: The AC never worked—rooms stayed at 76 in July. The maintenance team came repeatedly but ultimately said it was “unfixable.” The new bed frames have built-in outlets that aren’t connected to anything—purely decorative. Maintenance improvised an outlet extender, but why install nonfunctional outlets at all? Electrical issues...
