This Hotel had a great location. Lots of food walking distance and subway also close by. Hotel was good for the most part. Pretty clean and staff was nice. Only thing is had to pay for a cleaning service everyday only had my room cleaned once out of three days. But otherwise it was a good hotel for the price !

Great free coffee at any time and croissants in the mornings. Really beautiful views from the rooftop and our room with a balcony. Definitely worth booking these rooms for the amazing view of downtown Manhattan. Prime location with Soho, Little Italy and TriBeCa all within minutes.

"It is a good value for the money, There needs to be more elevator to use . We find waiting for elevator was the biggest challenge. Otherwise, the cookie welcome, distance to train station, access to everything is walking distance. Guest laundry also needs to be expanded."
