We had a pleasant stay. An kitchenette with a fridge and microwave were a definite bonus. The checking was quick and easy, room was available prior to the official check in time. Beds were comfortable and there was no noise. Breakfast was pretty decent and not crowded. Overall, I would come back to this hotel.

- When we tried to check in at 3:00 pm, Henna has told us to wait for 10 minutes because our is not ready yet. After 10 minutes I asked her again and she said to wait again. Then in another 10 minutes, I asked one more time another girl at the reception and she has told us that we have to wait in order to get an upgraded room (like cmon??? We didn’t even knew anything about the upgrade). For the upgraded our room they said that we have to wait additional 30-40 mins and we DID NOT want it. This is our only day in NYC. Once we told her that we weren’t even acknowledged about the upgrade and we don’t want it, finally they let us be in our room. - not enough towels for two girls - when you try to ask a question via the phone no one responds - good breakfast
