"i couldnt be more dissapointed with mny reservation. i arrived with my entire party and i was informed that my room was overbooked and i had to stay at the horseshoe hotel and there was nothing they could do. and the best part was that i had paid in full and the manager had the nerve to tell me that my reservation only gets me in the system it does not guarantee my stay. So may choices in vegas I'll be sure to stay elsewhere going forward."
