"The rooms were not clean, hair on towel multiple times. Utensils given were horrible and lack of staff onsite. Horrible experience including below: - 1 time someone opened our room door with their master key thinking we have left the hotel while we were still in - On the last day of my stay, while we were sleeping with do not disturb sign on my door I had a loud knock on my door at around 6:30AM and when checked the guy standing at the door said I asked for service Very disorganised and bad experience, would not recommend to anyone"

"When I booked I don’t realize this was a motel. I wish the listing would have mentioned that. The room was average, the breakfast was average. We attempted to use the pool but as it’s not heated, it was too chilly for us in the beginning of March. "

"The service was great! I booked a room for two adults and three kids, and our room had two double beds and a sofa sleeper. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen area and sink, which was very convenient. I also liked that there were two TVs. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Continental breakfast was included and it was good. They had cereal, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. I especially loved the green chile salsa! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located about 20 minutes from both the San Diego Zoo and the Safari Park, which made it easy for us to visit each park on different days."

"The view is beautiful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Great location if you're wanting a location between the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park. The house amenities were good. Shampoo/conditioner/soap provided was a nice touch. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (pizza cutter and cookie sheets weren't provide, we got creative and made do) Coffee and tea were provided which was nice. Over all a comfortable stay"

"We had a fantastic stay. The home was clean and had all kinds of thoughtful items to make it a cozy stay. Most of all, plenty of coffee! Our host did a wonderful job communicating and checking in to see if anything needed replenished during our extended stay. Wonderful host! We will definitely stay here again. "
