Village Walk offers the perfect balance of luxury and beach life. The master suite offers a large walk-in closet, gorgeous finishes. The condo it is close to Carlsbad Train Station, and there is noticeable train noise. If you close the windows, the noise is minimal. If you are a light sleeper, please bring your earplugs.

Longer stays, additional charge $295 for periodic cleaning each additional 15 days of stay; provide proof of Renters Insurance prior to possession.

- Fire Place has been shut off for safe and security purpose. Please also don't burn wood in the fire place.
