"Excellent location. Nice and comfortable. It was useful to have a washing machine in the room in the middle of our trip. Very responsive (they came to fix the batteries of the remote control). The space is better and more comfortable for two people. "

"Lovely penthouse flat. Very central easy to walk to everything and lots of shopping close by. Lots of restaurants close by. View from the terrace is stunning. 3rd floor but handy lift. Basic but adequately equipped kitchen. Bed is firm but that suited us. Quiet so good night sleep which can be hard to find in city centers. No corkscrew ! We will be back and would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment is very well located within walking distance to Alhambra, the old town and lots of shops and restaurants. The terrace is very spacious and nice to use on not very hot days. One thing I should note is that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so a bit of exercise carrying the luggage up three flights of stairs. Fran was a great host, thank you!"

"Large & spacious. There is a loft that accommodates 5-6 which we did not use. On site staff very helpful. Dryer does not really dry clothes - must hang out to dry. Hallway bathroom had on odor - poor drainage(??) - not terribly bad but noticeable. Great location with local mini bus 32 nearby to take you up to the Alhambra or bus 34 to Sacramonte. Ten minutes walk to center of town & 5 minute walk to Mirador San Nicolas. Good restaurants nearby. "

"Very clean with doors looking over the busy C Recogidas, yet quiet bedrooms. Elevator building. Under 10 minute walk to dozens of excellent restaurants. Located in a great shopping street and within 5 minutes of upscale shops. Only issue is the room with the comfortable bunk beds has no room for anything - not even suitcases."

"This apartment looked exactly like the photos. I was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located off of a colorful central square. However, I would not stay again due to how loud the plaza was. It was very difficult to sleep in the larger bedroom. Also there a smell I noticed every time I entered the apartment. We had to thoroughly air it out each day, before we were comfortable."
