"Heating wasn’t working as well as it could have. Had to turn on and at times would eventually heat up as properly has high ceiling. Requires a new barbecue, burners rusted out as was fire pit."

"Lovely first impression. Bed was comfortable though a little small. Great facilities. Close to beach and shops. Only down side for us was the pet friendly back garden had no connectivity to the house. Only useable gate was next to the garage which meant walking out to the front driveway to access ..."
