Old style hotel that’s needs upgrading in the rooms. VERY small room - tripping over our suitcases as no where to put them. Tiny bathroom. Water pressure ok not great. No fridge, but ice machine downstairs . Front desk staff very professional.

First let me say, the staff here are lovely and very professional, however this hotel is far from a 4 star. I checked in and found ROACHES (several) in by bathroom, and the AC was not working in several of the rooms I was moved to. I had to change rooms 3x before finding one acceptable. Room service ...

AC Hotel by Marriott Cape Town Waterfront
Clean rooms. AC issues and flickering lights that were later addressed. Thin walls on rooms in the second floor, person yelling could be heard through the wall all night. Hotel staff are generally warm but not always effective at addressing issues
