"Photos are way out of date and do not reflect the current poor condition of the property. Externally, both front and rear are in desperate need of a cleanup. Internally, maintenance is also needed in a host of areas, from leaky taps, to broken blinds, dodgy sliding door locks, a ceiling water leak and unsatisfactory cleaning standard. I can provide photos. We all agree that this property is being misrepresented on-line in your ads."

"Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky. Close to Penneshaw. A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay - so restful with a lovely garden and everything we could want inside to relax inside - we loved sitting comfortably outside on the back deck watching the storm, walking to the pub for a great meal and walking to the bakery for a terrific coffee in the mornings. Our dog felt at home and loved the garden. We will be returning for another visit and have recommended it to our friends. Thank you Carolyn "
