Holidays in Cape Jervis

Newly built property with smart tv’s in Bedroom and Living area. There is heaps of room in the suite. It’s clean and lives up to the mark. Would definitely be staying here again. Walking distance to restaurants on O’Connell street. Thank you to the Majestic suites staff for their amazing hospitality.

First the positives. Large rooms, comfortable beds & excellent pillows. Friendly staff. Complimentary biscuits for my birthday. My biggest gripe is having my credit card charged $500 as a holding amount. That is outrageous. I have stayed at hotels around the world & never been charged more than $100. This should be made very clear to guests before arrival. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere. The rooms are colourless, just black & grey. The artwork is dull & boring. The bathroom was huge & yet only one very small towel rack which would just hold 2 hand towels. Nowhere to hang a towel near the shower unless you removed the bathrobes hanging up. This is a minor thing but several free-to-air channels on the tv weren't HD.

Very comfy bed and pillows; good shower pressure

Dark & tired unit. Very basic cooking utensils. Good location. $22 a day parking a bit steep. Very tight entrance to car park.
