"This is on a quaint corner right at the edge of old Antibes. It is a small, typically European, boutique hotel. No elevator, no air conditioning, small rooms. It is on a fairly busy road so there will be some noise from below depending on your room orientation. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. The rooms are made daily. The ambience is relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast is classic European breakfast with yogurts, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits as well egg, bacon and various juices and jellys. The location is just perfect for a multi-day stay in Antibes and, with an easy walk to the train station, you have easy access to Nice and other points along the coast. Highly recommend."

"Staying was great, location of the property is close to many stores, bakeries and supermarkets; in France first floor is actually second floor- there are some stairs and no elevator, it was a bit challenge for me because I have mobility restrictions but it turned out not bad for my luck; another thing is promised free parking -that we learnt would not be so easy for a bigger car like the one we rented- medium size SUV since it would be parked through elevator; but there is a really close an underground Q parking with an option to buy a block of parking for certain days and time that we did; our special thanks to the manager of the property- Jennie who was really helpful, friendly and ready to find a positive solutions to our questions. I would highly recommend this property !"

"Lots of old world charm. You have to accept the fact that it’s three flights up a spiral staircase to the roof deck. The views are lovely of the sea and the museum. The bathrooms are dated and the kitchen is tiny. There is not a lot of natural light. If you overlook these elements and you want a terrific location in the old town of Antibes this might be your ticket. The owner gets 4 stars for her prompt communication about the property. She kindly let us check in a few hours early and provided us with beach towels and two folding chairs for the nearby beach."

"This was our second visit to Antibes in 10 years and was an even better experience than our first. We stayed a month this time. Antibes and, in particular, this apartment, was a great Côte ď Azur home base from which to journey to various destinations across the region. The hill towns of Biot, Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence and the Train des Merveilles to Tende, were all easily accessible. When not day-tripping, the apartment and local area were a wonderful place to practice “Riviera Immersion Therapy.” Our hosts provided an apartment that was spacious, well equipped for daily living, including laundry, and ideally situated near beaches, restaurants, Old Town shopping, super markets and the SNCF Gare. However, the apartment’s neighborhood was just far enough from Old Town to provide a respite from the daily crowds of tourists, something we really desired after our previous Antibes visit. The building was very quiet, immaculately maintained and very secure. There are some building rules but they were easy to follow and greatly appreciated. The apartment’s front balcony provides a very nice outdoor space from which to gaze at the stars at night, or passing yachts and sailboats during the day. It’s also a great place for alfresco dinners or morning coffee. A rear balcony offers outdoor space with less scenic views but neighborhood flavor. Communication with our hosts was great and a local property manager was very helpful. This apartment will not disappoint!!"
