This is an amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bedroom with a side view so you could see the sea. The breakfast was amazing, You can’t get better my second stay here. The hotel is close to the old town, restaurants and shops, Definitely be going back .

This is a beautiful, elegant hotel with so much history, and the location right in the heart of La Croisette is hard to beat. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and there were definitely some standout experiences. The beach club was amazing and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The bartenders at Ciro’s were also so friendly, and John S. went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Housekeeping was excellent—very attentive, and the bed and linens were exceptional. Everything was kept fresh and beautifully maintained. There were a few areas that could use some attention. We tried twice to order at the pool bar/restaurant and waited over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. We finally gave up and left to have drinks and lunch outside the hotel. It may have been understaffing, but it was frustrating. Also, during our five-day stay, only one of the two elevators was working. Overall, it’s still an amazing and elegant hotel, but with its reputation, we expected just a little more. It wouldn’t take much to make the experience truly exceptional. Also there's no rooftop bar. The photos on the misleading.

Fantastic view and location, excellent access to the beach and pool and some great restaurant options on-site. Breakfast not included and beach access doesn't have water views (they pile up the sand as a barrier I think). If I went again I might have sunbathed on the pier instead so I could see the water!

My fourth stay in four years. This hotel is one of the reason I go back to the Cote d'Azur. They make me feel welcome, special and relaxed. The rooms may not be super modern and slick, but to me that is part of the charm of this traditional hotel. It feels classy, not hip. It feels luxurious without being pretentious. The staff is excellent and always friendly. The prices for the spa, food and beach are not cheap, but it is is a luxury hotel on the Croisette, so that is to be expected. I did treat myself to a Spa day, and it was worth it. Looking forward to next years stay.
