"The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time. "

"for starters this hotel is in a perfect area, is very clean, and totally modern and upgraded. My room was so comfortable and overlooked the canal. I would also like to shout out the staff. They had reached out to me days before my stay that there was going to be a train strike the day i was arriving and to be prepared. because of their warning I was able to rebook my train and make sure I got into Venice on the day I planned to. I would not have made it without their help and communication. In short, beautiful hotel amazing people!!"
