"The hotel is right at the Ca' D'Oro water bus stop. Our family of four (two teens) got two rooms. Both were fantastic with canal views. Rooms were comfortable, with some small items in need of repair, but this didn't affect our stay. We were able to walk just about everywhere and occasionally used waterbus. Breakfast was excellent and would definitely recommend. "

"Our room was facing the Grand Canal with two balconies from french doors. The location is halfway up the canal, with a Vaporetto station a block away and Gondola rentals next to the hotel. Good air conditioning and with buffet breakfast included. Value for money-highly recommended."
