You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Rural house (full rental)
It is an old drydock rehabilitated with love at the entrance of the town.
It is in a quiet area with easy access, with private parking.
Very close to all the activities of the town giving a nice and short walk.
The house is built on four floors. On the lower floor, a living room with direct access to the kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom; on the top floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one of them with two beds and bathroom, and another of them with a double bed and bathroom.
At the top, a nice terrace between the roofs.

Buena situación pero muy mejorable relación calidad-precio
La ubicación muy buen y el trato con el anfitrión correcto pero la casa se nota que no tiene el mantenimiento deseado, pasamos bastante frio por la noche porque los aparatos de aire en cuanto se apagaban , la casa se quedaba fría y la chimenea solo calentaba el salón.
Es una casa muy oscura y las ventanas están encima tapadas con unos traslúcidos por lo que entra menos luz aún.
Y en la cocina ni pudimos poner el horno porque no se puede abrir (golpea con un cajon y no permite abrirse en su totalidad, ademas de que estaba muy sucio) y ademas saltaba la electricidad en cuanto se encendía
Como digo, le falta mantenimiento para lo que cuesta que esta en linea de casa rurales mas nuevas

El alojamiento cumple con todo lo indicado en el anuncio, la estancia fue muy tranquila, la casa se ubica en el pueblo, con lo cual ha sido muy cómodo el aparcar y poder andar por él teniendo todo a mano. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones o estancia corta , está muy bien equipada. Nos hemos quedado muy contentos con haber disfrutado de Candeleda y además haber estado alojados en un sitio familiar. La comunicación con Blanca y Demetrio ha sido impecable, muy buena predisposición por querer que la gente esté agusto.

Todo perfecto.
La casa muy bien, más grande y más bonita que en las fotos. Está rehabilitada con gusto, baños nuevos y resto de estancias, todo muy al detalle y donde no falta de nada, hay champu y gel en los baños. El salon es algo oscuro pero la sensacion de casa de pueblo con su chimenea/estufa de leña y demas ventajas compensa sobradamente este inconveniente. Arriba tiene una terraza-atico donde comimos al solecito uno de los dias. La atencion del dueño a la llegada es excepcional. Te sientes como en casa, muy recomendable.

Gran falta de limpieza
La casa estaba realmente sucia. Falta de limpieza de mucho tiempo. Frigorífico no enfría y tenía polillas muertas y líquido derramado. Pelos de mascotas y de humanos por todas partes, nosotras fuimos con perros pero no subieron a la segunda planta .
Lo peor de todo el comportamiento del propietario al comunicarle que dejábamos la casa antes de tiempo por la suciedad. Solo se centraba en la limpieza de las sábanas y toallas que esas si que estaban limpias.
Conclusión. Casa bien ubicada pero con gran falta de limpieza que nos hizo irnos antes
