Booked on the day of arrival and the response was immediate. I arrived exhausted from Cuba and was greeted with warmth and kindness. The place is beautiful with the most magnificent pool. From the little that I saw at 8pm, there is not much in the area but I'm told that the beach was only a 9 min taxi ride away. Highly recommend this place if you want secluded luxury.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff friendly and very helpful. The tour desk were able to change my sailing tour on the morning as it was raining and I wanted to wait a day for better weather.
The prices for food and beverages was expensive. Considering this cost the same as an all inclusive, but with no inclusions I expected more reasonable prices to drink and eat in.
The store sold a small beer and chips $20 should be more like $4. That’s a step mark up.

Great, quiet location just a short walk to the beach and town.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Only complaint is the cloudy pool water. Sayulita is a super cool place, great vibe, beautiful water, really loved it here.
