"Lack of elevators down to pool and restaurants Food was a 7 out of 10. Indian food was excellent at all times. Weird carbonation in the soft drink mixes. Need more umbrellas and covered seating in all pool areas. Doors shut extremely loud no matter how careful one is, this is bad late at night and early in the morning. Great couples massages and island trips. Coffee bar is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience."

"We had such an amazing experience! Fernando was absolutely awesome and took incredible care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. The food, drinks, and service were all fantastic! I also have to give a huge shoutout to Felipe, who showed us around. He was seriously one of the coolest people we met during our trip. Every single time he saw us, he went out of his way to say hello, check on us, and make sure we were having a great time. He genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Fernando and Felipe both went above and beyond and were a huge part of what made our experience so memorable. People like them are what make you want to come back. Thank you guys for treating us so well — and the amazing hospitality!"
