The hotel was gorgeous. Staff friendly and very helpful. The tour desk were able to change my sailing tour on the morning as it was raining and I wanted to wait a day for better weather.
The prices for food and beverages was expensive. Considering this cost the same as an all inclusive, but with no inclusions I expected more reasonable prices to drink and eat in.
The store sold a small beer and chips $20 should be more like $4. That’s a step mark up.

lovely grand old school hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. great pool and gym. beautiful lobby.
the rooms and decor in other areas are elegant but perhaps starting to look a little dated and tired. It would be spectacular with a more contemporary refurb. the restaurants onsite are a little overpriced and uninviting.
overall a great hotel experience.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The restaurant were mostly fantastic and the range in the breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. We were upgraded on arrival due to our hotels.com gold status which was amazing. Rooms were immaculate and clean and staff very helpful.
My only negatives were that most of the chairs around the pool were taken very early so if you arrive at the pool by 9am there was no lounges. Also we had multiple calls to try to sell us the Palace loyalty program...

Great, quiet location just a short walk to the beach and town.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Only complaint is the cloudy pool water. Sayulita is a super cool place, great vibe, beautiful water, really loved it here.
