"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. One of the biggest advantages is its fantastic location. It’s conveniently close to many downtown attractions and venues, including the Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, the CN Tower, and a wide variety of restaurants. Being able to walk to so many popular spots made the stay especially enjoyable. The hotel itself has a beautiful, regal atmosphere. It really creates a memorable first impression when you walk through the lobby and common areas. The staff were another highlight of the stay. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made the overall experience feel even more comfortable and relaxed. The only area that could use some improvement would be the bathrooms. "Good location, close to transit, many options for shopping, restaurants nearby. Room was small, but has modern style and lots of storage. Large tv. Cramped toilet/shower area if you are not a thin person. Shower floor was slippery, I stood on a towel to get some traction. Check-in and rooms are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. My room was close to the heavy entrance door, which slams loudly. Other rooms further away wouldn't hear it as much. Despite the shortcomings would stay again."
